Cara M Hall identifies as a non-binary, able, white lesbian who uses They/She pronouns.

Cara grew up in Walla Walla, WA on land historically stewarded by the Imatalamłáma and Walawalałáma. After attending Catholic schools for 8 years, they spent the first few years of college untangling their sexual and gender identity from the social, racial, and religious expectations in which they’d be indoctrinated. This continued learning and unlearning of both their own role in society and the way that role is perceived led them to seek out art and work that demonstrates a consistent commitment to diversity, equity, service, inclusion and authenticity.

When not working, they enjoy traveling, having dinner with friends, and writing poetry.
